This is a tricky and fun game of chance, and water.
You fill the Wet Head with water, put the hat on and spin the spinner. Pull out the rods depending on what the spinner says...and prepared to get wet! But if you stay dry pass the Wet Head to the next person and it is their turn to brave the water! The dry person at the end is the winner.
