Refund policy

Can I return the goods?

Yes – if you are unhappy with the goods we will happily refund your credit card or issue you with a credit note valid for 6 months from The Garden Party Ponsonby, whichever you prefer. We will issue you this when we receive the goods back in the original condition, unused and in original packaging. You may expect a refund to your credit card within approximately 5 days upon receipt of your return. It may take that long for it to appear on your statement. We do not refund shipping costs for returned goods.
