These kits contain everything you need to make your own cross stitch bird - a Kiwi, a Tui or a Piwakawaka.
They come with full instructions and are easy to do. Once done they make a lovely Christmas decoration, bag tag or you can attach a pin and turn them into a bold brooch.
The kits comes with basic directions for stitching and assembly, a black and white pattern with key, a stitchable beech wood base, needle and yarn, the adhesive felt backing and string for hanging the ornament. There's also a display card for if you would like to gift your handmade ornament. The finished birds differ slightly depending on the types but are about 5cm in size.
This is a great activity to do with children too.
