These lovely wooden boards are made of beautiful and hardy laminated Macrocarpa.
They are made at a sawmill just north of Auckland from locally milled wood. Then they are sanded and oiled with a 100% natural, food safe lemon scented oil.
Wooden chopping boards are known for their durability, natural antibacterial properties, and ability to preserve knife edges. And they do not shed microplastics like plastic boards can.
As every board is slightly different the measurements and marks on the wood maybe slightly different than specified.
Care instructions: wash in warm water, dry thoroughly and oil with a food safe oil when needed.
