This jar contains edible flower petal confetti mix made from cornflower and calendular petals. They are organically grown in Whakatane, New Zealand. They are completely free from synthetic chemical residues such as pesticides and herbicides (often found in non organic crops)
These pretty dried petals have a pretty neutral taste but add a special touch to cooking. They look great in a salad, on a cake or cupcakes, garnish for cocktails, they look pretty in ice blocks and desserts and also make a great addition to herbal tea (Cornflowers are known historically for their health properties)
