This delicious Cranberry Jelly is made from New Zealand grown cranberries in Hokitika, on the wild West Coast of the South Island.
It is hand made in a farm kitchen in site where the cranberries are grown (the only cranberry farm in NZ) and made from simple pure ingredients - cranberries, sugar and water and is gluten free, and contains no artificial sweeteners, no added colour or preservatives.
The beautiful red jelly is tart yet sweet, balancing perfectly with savory dishes like cheese, pate, venison and turkey or as a topping for pancakes.
Cranberries are a healthy food, due to their high nutrient and an antioxidant content. They are often referred to as a “super food.” The nutrients in cranberries have been linked to a lower risk of urinary tract infections, improved immune function, and decreased blood pressure.
