These tiles depict New Zealand birds in native trees. The first set is the Bell Bird (korimako), a Fantail (Piwakawaka) and a Tui all standing in Flax flowers. The second set is the Tui, Fantails (piwakawaka) and a Kereru in the Pohutukawa Tree which is often referred to as the NZ Christmas Tree because it's beautiful red blooms appearing round December.
They painted by hand and based on original artwork by New Zealand painter Monique Endt.
The tiles measure 7.5 x 15cm and have hooks on the back of each one so they can be hung easily. The tiles can be sold individually or as a boxed set.
These bird tiles are designed in New Zealand and made in China.
