Gwyneth Hulse Design is a boutique woodwork business in Kerikeri. Their products are simple, modern and natural. They take beautiful New Zealand timbers and hand work them into stunningly crafted pieces.
Their designs are based on the modernist principles of simplicity, geometry and the celebration of natural materials. Due to the uniqueness of each piece of wood and the handmade process, no two objects are quite alike.
Working with the environment is a very important core value for Gwyneth Hulse Design. Working with such a precious medium, carries an ethical responsibility to act in a sustainable manner. They wish wish to have a positive impact on others and the planet, by offering beautifully handmade alternatives to mass-produced products which people can value and care for.
These lovely triangel necklaces are part of Gwyneth's latest collection, 'Waste Not", This is a collection of beautiful pieces that have been created from the surplus remnants of our other pieces in order to maximise the potential of our beautiful trees. So eco-friendly and respectful of our beautiful natural resources.
A cluster of triangular wooden Totara beads, free to turn and move with you, are suspended on a silk thread. A sliding handmade bead allows the necklace length to be adjusted. The silk is 100cm long so you can have many different lengths to suit your clothes.
The Triangle necklace comes in 3 colours - white, black and apple green and looks fantastic on.
